Room Occupancy: 2 persons per bedroom. Maximum Occupancy: 3 persons per bedroom with extra rollaway bed charged at Baht 200 per night. |

One night will be charged if cancellation is not received at least 72 hours in advance (2 nights will be charged during peak periods). We'll only make use of this rule, however, if we are unable to re-rent the rooms which were cancelled. |

Transportation must be cancelled 48 hours before scheduled pickup or we reserve the right to charge the full amount if the car cannot be cancelled in time. |

Christmas Eve dinner and New Year's Eve dinner and party are compulsory for reservations on 24th December and 31st December. The cost of Christmas dinner is 800 Baht for Adults, 400 Baht for children 6-12 years, and free for children 5 and under. The cost of the New Year's Party is 1,000 Baht for Adults, 500 Baht for children 6-12 years, and free for children 5 and under. Please note that 7% service charge is applicable to above quoted prices. |
