  • How many apartment units of each type do you have at the resort?”

    • 1 bedroom apartments – one unit
    • 2 bedroom apartments – five units
    • 3 bedroom apartments – five units
     
  • What are your bungalow rooms like?

    Each of our bungalow rooms is equipped with either one double bed or 2 twin beds, a writing desk, refrigerator with minibar supplies, cable TV, and individual bathroom with shower. Room size is 24 m² including room and bathroom. Both connecting rooms and non-connecting rooms are available. Bungalow rooms are either located directly adjacent to the pool area or face the expansive garden/lawn area. There is a veranda with chairs and a table at the entrance of each room for you to enjoy sitting outside.

     
  • What is the difference between the upper floor balcony rooms and the 1 bedroom apartment?

    Balcony rooms are located one floor above ground level and overlook either the pool or garden areas. Room size, furnishings, and amenities are the same as the bungalow rooms. Every room has a private balcony offering panoramic views of the beach or mountains. Both connecting rooms and non-connecting rooms are available.

    Our 1 bedroom apartment is also located one floor above ground level and overlooks the garden. It includes a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, and a separate sitting room with small kitchenette. Room amenities includes a refrigerator with minibar supplies and cable TV. Panoramic views of the beach and mountains can be enjoyed from the private balcony.

     
  • What are your 2 bedroom apartments like?

    The 2 bedroom apartments are located at the far end of the garden/lawn area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. The apartments have a large living room with sitting area and cable TV. There is also a kitchenette equipped with sink, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator with minibar supplies, as well as cooking utensils and dishware. The spacious balconies with picnic tables have a great view of the entire resort. The garden level apartments look out over the garden while the upper floor apartments have a view of beach and sea off in the distance.

     
  • What are your 3 bedroom apartments and 6 bedroom villas like?

    Our villas are located at the rear of the resort adjacent to the parking area. Each villa is made up of two 3 bedroom apartments and has a nice, private garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi, which is shared by both apartments. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. The apartments have a large living room with dining area/kitchenette, sitting area and cable TV. The kitchenette is equipped with sink, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator with minibar supplies, as well as cooking utensils and dishware. Ground floor units have a terrace with sala (Thai-style bamboo sitting set). Upper floor units have a spacious balcony.



     
  • Do all of your bungalow rooms and upper floor rooms have a sea view?

    The rooms towards the front of the resort have sea views, while those towards the rear have garden views.



     
  • Do your 2 bedroom apartments have a sea view?

    The 2 bedroom apartments on the upper levels can see the sea. The lower level apartments have a nice view of the garden/lawn area.

     
  • Do your 3 bedroom apartments have a sea view?

    The 3 bedroom apartments do not have sea views but have a nice view of the private garden, pool, and jacuzzi.

     
  • If we stay in one of the 3 bedroom apartment units, will we share the individual pool and Jacuzzi with the other 3 bedroom apartment that makes up the 6 bedroom villa?

    Yes - If both units are occupied, the pool and jacuzzi are to be shared by both apartments.

     
  • How many beds are in each bedroom?

     Each bedroom is equipped with either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds.

     
  • Can an extra rollaway bed and a baby cot fit into 1 standard bungalow or 1 upper floor room?

    No. There is enough space to fit either 1 extra rollaway bed or 1 baby cot.

     
  • Do you have baby cribs or pack n plays?

    Cribs and Pack 'n Plays are not available, but we have Thai style baby cots that have netting on the sides.

     
  • How many people can sleep in 1 room?

     

    •  2 adults + 1 child (12 years and under). Extra rollaway bed is optional.
    •  2 adults + 2 children (12 years and under). Rental of extra rollaway bed is required.
    • 3 adults. Rental of extra rollaway bed is required.
    •  Extra rollaway bed rental charge: 250 Baht per night
     
  • Do you have bungalow and upper floor rooms that are connecting?

    Both room types have both connecting and non-connecting rooms.

     
  • Are any of your apartments connecting?

    Some units are located on the same floor next to each other, but there are no connecting doors between apartments.

     
  • Do you have smoking and non-smoking accommodations?

    We do not separate between smoking and non-smoking rooms. Our rooms have tiled floors without carpeting and our curtains are washed regularly. In addition, our housekeepers thoroughly air out the rooms when guests check out, so we haven't had any problem with any lingering smoking smell in the rooms.

     
  • Do your accommodations have air conditioning and/or fans?

    All of our accommodations have air-conditioning.

     
  • Do your accommodations have mosquito nets?

    No, we do not have mosquito nets because we have screens on all of our windows.

     
  • Do you have satellite TV in your accommodations?

    Yes.A variety of satellite news, sports, movie, and entertainment channels are available in all accommodations as well as all local Thai channels.

     
  • What amenities do you provide in your accommodations?

    Shampoo, soap, and shower caps are provided for your convenience in all bathrooms.

     
  • What power voltage is used in Thailand?

    Thailand uses 220 V AC current, standard for Europe and most other parts of the world with the exception of the US and Japan.

     
  • Do you provide hairdryers and adapters for guest use?

    Hair dryers can be requested at the reception and are available for your use free of charge.

    Due to the many types of plugs, we don't provide plug adapters. It might be worth noting, though, that our electric outlets can be used with both American style (flat pins) and standard European style (round pins) plugs. Be sure, however, that your appliances are 220V AC, or you will need a power adapter too.

     
  • Do you have telephones in your accommodations?

    Our accommodations are not equipped with telephones. International and domestic telephone calls can be made from the front desk during front desk office hours.

     
  • Do you provide towels?

    Yes - Beach/pool towels and bath towels are provided and replaced daily.

     
  • Do you have water kettles in the rooms?

    No, we are sorry but none of our accommodations have water kettles. Our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments do have pots and hot plates for boiling water. Otherwise, our restaurant and bar staff is happy to provide you with warm water during opening hours free of charge.

     
  • What is in the kitchenette of the 1 bedroom apartment?

    The kitchenette contains a sink, microwave, and refrigerator with minibar.

     
  • What is in the kitchenettes of the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments?

    The kitchenettes have a sink, hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator with minibar as well as cooking utensils and dishware.

     
  • I've stayed at the resort before and I would like to stay in the same room. Can you guarantee that I will be assigned the same room number for my upcoming visit?

    We are so sorry, but we are not able to guarantee room numbers, as resort occupancy changes from day to day and we need the flexibility to shift people when necessary. Having said that, we always try our best to honor individual requests whenever possible.

     
  • Can I bring my dog to the resort?

    In the interest of child safety and hygiene, we unfortunately do not allow pets at the resort.
