Terms and Conditions

Upon Thai law all foreigners (including Thai Resident) need to bring passport or copy (digital copy is fine) upon check in for ALL STAYING GUEST. We can not accept Thai Driving License or Embassy Card. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Check-in & Check-out time:
    • Check-In Time: 2.00 p.m. (14:00 HRS)
    • Check-Out Time: 11:30 a.m. (11:30 HRS) *Late check-out: Subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.
  • Each bedroom is equipped with either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds and can accommodate:
    • 2 adults + 2 children (0-11 years old), extra rollaway bed* is optional.
    • 2 adults + 3 children (0-11 years old), 1 extra rollaway bed* is required
    • 3 adults, 1 extra rollaway bed is required
    • 3 adults + 1 child (additional room is required)

*Extra rollaway bed and baby cot rental charge:

  • 700 Baht per night per extra bed inclusive of daily breakfast
  • 150 Baht per night per baby cot

 

  • Deposit, credit card guarantee and payment:
      • DEPOSIT for Peak Season ONLY: The first two nights per room will be charged 21 days before arrival. This charge is non-refundable.
      • Peak Periods:
        • Chinese New Year : February 4th to February 12th, 2027
        • Songkran Festival: April 13th to April 17th, 2027
        • Christmas & New Year: December 18th, 2026 to January 2nd, 2027
    • Credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
    • 100% payment to be made upon arrival at the resort.

    • A 3% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card payments exceeding 10,000 baht

    • All rates are inclusive of taxes.
    • We accept only MasterCard/ Visa/American Express and JCB. Also payment by QR code or Bank transfer

    • PEAK SEASON :  All Rate Plans = (Christmas Eve, New Year , Chinese New Year and Songkran): Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date no charge. Cancellation after this period or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged.

    Non-Smoking Policy including all canabis products

    Dolphin Bay Resort is a smoke-free hotel. Guests can enjoy a smoke-free environment in all the guest rooms, restaurants and public areas. All staff members have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy. Please note that all our guest rooms (and balcony) are non-smoking and there will be a room recovery fee for guests who do not comply of THB 2000, in order to recover the cost of restoring guest rooms back to a smoke-free condition.
